Partnering with Home-Start Greenwich 

Mulgrave Primary School is proud to host Home-Start Greenwich within our school. We’re excited to strengthen the connection between our school and Home-Start, working together to give children and families in our community the very best start in life. 

Home-Start Greenwich is an independent charity, affiliated with Home-Start UK, that has been supporting families with young children across the Royal Borough of Greenwich for over 25 years. At the heart of their work is a dedicated home-visiting volunteer service, where trained volunteers offer one-to-one weekly support to families in their own homes—because they believe, like us, that parenting begins at home. 

In addition to home-based support, Home-Start Greenwich runs two Ofsted-registered nursery settings in Plumstead, offering a total of 96 places for children aged 0 to 5. Their work is further extended through close partnership with Royal Greenwich, delivering a range of children’s centre services across seven community sites.
